Aston Villa keen on Lincoln winger Bruno Andrade

Aston Villa are reportedly keen on Lincoln City winger Bruno Andrade, according to Lincolnshire Live

The 25-year-old has been one of the Imps’ standout performers this season after joining from Boreham Wood last summer.

The Portuguese wide man scored 11 goals in all competitions as Danny Cowley’s side claimed the League Two title.

And that form has reportedly caught the eye of Aston Villa, who along with League One side Portsmouth, are monitoring the player ahead of a possible summer move.

Andrade’s current Lincoln contract expires at the end of next season, so the winger could be a realistic option for Villa this summer.

Dean Smith’s side booked their place in the play-off final after a dramatic penalty shootout win over local rivals West Bromwich Albion on Tuesday night.

Villa will play either Leeds United or Derby County in the play-off final and the result at Wembley may well an impact on their pursuit of Andrade.
