Aston Villa eye move for Jake Livermore

Ten points from safety and with dreadful performances on the pitch, West Brom seem doomed to be playing Championship football next season.

With that, one can expect, will come a mass exodus from all the players in the Baggies’ ranks who are good enough for Premier League football.

And as the Mail Online report, there are a number of names that could be heading out the door.

Midfielder Jake Livermore has made 32 appearances for the club this season, but was briefly dropped to the bench in February.

The 28-year-old has been included in England squads this season, but played no part in recent friendlies against the Netherlands and Italy.

One club said to be monitoring the situation of the England international rival is Aston Villa.

Villa are hoping to be playing top flight football themselves next season and if they are, they could look to tempt Livermore away from the Hawthorns.
